About Judge Haden:

Judge Hoppy Haden has called Caldwell County home for 27 years. Hoppy is a devoted husband, father, small businessman, rancher, and community leader.

Hoppy, along with his wife, Linda, owns and operates Clear Creek, Inc. Construction and Environmental Services, where they specialize in new construction and renovation in both commercial and residential construction. Additionally, they have a farm and ranch division that focuses on field fence construction, pasture management, cattle, and hay hauling.

In addition to their small business, Hoppy and his wife own and operate a 1200-acre working cattle ranch in Caldwell County.   

Hoppy is deeply involved in the community. He has formerly served as president of the Lockhart Little League, Chairman of the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of the Chisholm Trail Rodeo, and a Co-Founder of the Caldwell County 500 Club. 

Hoppy has been county judge of Caldwell County since 2019, where he has focused on protecting taxpayers and ensuring that the county passes fiscally responsible budgets that prioritize the core services we depend on for our quality of life: law enforcement, first responders, roads and highways, and growing our economy.

Hoppy and his wife, Linda, are the proud parents of five children and five grandchildren. They are members of the First Christian Church of Lockhart.
